SOUNDLIFE Celebrates World Disability Day 2025 with Hope and Inclusion

Some stories begin in silence — and end in sound. This year, as we celebrate World Disability Day 2025, SOUNDLIFE Hearing Center wants to share a story of courage, hope, and transformation. We’ve given two children born with hearing loss a pair of medical-grade hearing aids and speech therapy. Our wish is simple: that they can hear their world again and show that hearing loss is not an ending — it’s a challenge that can be overcome.

Breaking Stigma, Changing Perspectives

Too many families still see hearing loss as the end of a child’s future. But early intervention can change everything. Just like glasses help people with nearsightedness see clearly, hearing aids help people reconnect — with sound, with loved ones, and with life itself.

Together, We Create Real Impact

This year, SOUNDLIFE is partnering with Kitabisa.com and the Halilintar Family to raise awareness and funds for people who need hearing aids but haven’t been able to access them. Together, we’re building a movement — to remind everyone that hearing well means living well.

Empowering Two Golden Generations Through Better Hearing

Through this campaign, we’re focusing on two special groups who represent life’s golden stages:

• Golden Period Babies — infants under one year old diagnosed with congenital hearing loss. With early support, they can grow up hearing, speaking, and learning like any other child.
• Golden Years Warriors — people over 60 who experience age-related hearing loss. With the right hearing aids, they can stay active, connected, and confident in their golden years.

More Than Just Sound — It’s About Life

This initiative is just the beginning. SOUNDLIFE is committed to expanding this program to reach more people and families across Indonesia. We believe hearing care isn’t a luxury — it’s a basic right that gives everyone the chance to live fully, confidently, and joyfully.
