The SOUNDLIFE Champion Program represents our sincere commitment to restoring hope by empowering individuals who face hearing challenges. We believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed—and if hearing is the only barrier standing between them and their dreams, we are here to help remove that barrier.

Through this program, we aim to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those experiencing hearing difficulties, enabling them to live fulfilling lives. By providing access to high-quality medical hearing aids at a significantly reduced cost, we offer not just a device, but also renewed hope. Eligible participants will receive a 50% subsidy toward the purchase of selected medical hearing aids, ensuring that financial limitations do not prevent them from reaching their full potential.

At SOUNDLIFE, we are committed to continuous improvement and adaptation. We will regularly evaluate and update our program content to better serve the community, ensuring our initiatives remain relevant and impactful.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the SOUNDLIFE Champion Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Financial Need: Applicants must provide documentation demonstrating financial need, such as income verification or tax documents.
• Age Requirement: This program is open to individuals under 25 years old.
• Health Assessment: Applicants must submit a recent audiological evaluation confirming the need for hearing aids.
• Community Engagement: A history of community service is essential. We value individuals with previous volunteer experience or those committed to future community involvement.
• Educational Commitment: For younger applicants, enrollment in an educational institution and maintaining satisfactory academic performance (e.g., a minimum GPA) are required.
• Personal Narrative: Applicants must submit a personal statement (200–300 words) explaining how receiving hearing aids would positively impact their life and how they plan to give back to the community.
• Video Testimonial: Participants are required to create a short testimonial video (1–2 minutes) sharing how hearing aids will support their daily life. This video may be used for promotional purposes.

Commitment Criteria

Participants in the SOUNDLIFE Champion Program must commit to:

• Willingness to Use Hearing Aids: Wearing the hearing aids daily to improve communication and overall quality of life.
• Battery Purchases: Committing to monthly purchases of hearing aid batteries.
• Dehumidifier Purchases: Committing to purchasing a dehumidifier every 6 months to maintain optimal hearing aid performance.
• No Resale: Agreeing not to resell the subsidized hearing aids under any circumstances.
• Regular Check-ups: Returning to SOUNDLIFE for maintenance and follow-up appointments every 6 months.
